SAKURA INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICY
Only Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards are accepted as payment for international
All prices on our web site are in U.S. dollars.
Currency conversions into U.S. dollars will be made by the credit card
There is a $5.00 fee to process required Customs and
shipping/handling documentation for all international orders.
Additional duty, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges
imposed by a country or the carrier are the customer's responsibility to pay
separately. Sakura has no control over or involvement with these fees.
Be sure that the billing and payment information you
submit is very accurate or your order may be cancelled.
We will not be able to process your order if the
credit card or billing information is unable to be verified.
Your credit card statement will show only one charge for both the cost of the products and the chosen carrier shipping / handling fees .
NOTE: Check with the Customs Department in
your country BEFORE you order. Some countries prohibit the sale, possession, shipping and receiving of certain Martial Arts related items. It is the customer's responsibility to check with
the local and/or National Customs office regarding any laws, restrictions, rules, or regulations that may apply to any merchandise ordered.
Sakura is not responsible for any merchandise seized by
Customs, and there will be no refunds on any seized or returned items.
All Customs declaration forms will be itemized with the actual purchase price value and marked as merchandise, not as

any items that are prohibited by the Customs department in your

We do not offer delivery by sea.
Shipping/handling costs depend on the final package
weight, dimensions, destination, and choice of delivery service.
Certain products that are heavy or over-sized may require
additional shipping/handling charges.

We can only send you an accurate shipping/handling
estimate after you place an order online.
After you place your order online, we will send you
an E-mail with a choice of carrier services and their shipping/handling costs.
We will only finalize and ship your order only after you reply to the shipping /handling e-Mail message.
You must reply to the shipping / handling E-Mail message within 10 days.
Your credit card statement will show two charges - one for the cost of the products and one for the chosen carrier shipping / handling fees .
2. Place your order
through our web site.
Ordering through our web site
Select all the items you want to buy and check out. Be
sure the items are approved by the Customs department in your country.
If your country is not in the list of available
countries on the final checkout form, then we are currently unable to
ship to your country.
Make sure all of the information you submit on the final
checkout form is accurate, or your order may be delayed or cancelled.
After you place your order, you will be sent an order
confirmation via E-Mail. Keep this and all E-Mail for future use.
A Sakura Specialist will send you another E-Mail with
the shipping/handling costs and agreement form for your approval.
Your order will be processed and shipped only after
you reply with approval of all costs and agreement terms.
3. Tracking and
receiving your order.
Once an International package leaves the borders of the United States, tracking and Customs information is no longer accurate and may not provide useful information.
You will need to check with the carrier service you
choose in your country for package and delivery information.
International orders take time to process and be
delivered. Please be patient.
Please do let us know via E-Mail when you receive your
RESPONSIBILITY / LIABILITY
IMPORTANT: Sakura is not responsible for any merchandise sent
internationally once it leaves the United States and/or if it is seized
by any Customs department. All international sales are final. There will be no refunds if the merchandise is lost
or damaged by the carrier or seized by Customs. You state your understanding and agreement to this when you place your order and submit
the shipping/handling agreement form.
