1/2 inch dipped foam Foot gear covers instep, ankle, Achilles, heel and toes. Vinyl strap across ball of foot with hook and loop closure. Crescent moon cut-outs for flexibility. Hand gear features finger slots and strap across back of hand. Double foam coverage over knuckles. Head gear is 3/4 inch dipped foam, this helmet covers top, back and sides of head. Well ventilated with unique ear guards that cover ears while allowing good hearing.
