*** ATTENTION: Sakura Martial Arts Supplies wholesale services are available only to existing customers. To apply for Sakura wholesale, you must have already set up a Sakura customer account and previously completed through delivery at least one order with Sakura.

NOTE: The wholesale department cannot be reached via telephone. Please do not call customer service or our telephone order center for wholesale information. The entire application process is done on-line and through E-Mail. A Sakura Wholesale Specialist will contact you via telephone if necessary. Wholesale pricing is not available via telephone and is reserved only for those with an approved wholesale account.

• Submitting the wholesale application form below will take you to another page for Step 3.

SAKURA WHOLESALE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Sakura is part of an international network that primarily provides business to business wholesale services. Genuine businesses should have no difficulties meeting all the requirements and submitting all of the required documents.

General Requirements:

• You must have an established Sakura customer account and have placed an order with us previously.

• The business must be lawfully incorporated and registered with proper state, federal, or national agencies.

• The business must be located at a registered commercial (non-residential) location.

• Wholesale order deliveries must be shipped to a commercial address.

• The initial wholesale order product total must be a minimum of $250.00. No minimum purchase thereafter.

• You will have 24 hours to place your initial order after your account has been approved.

• You must place on-line orders at least once per month to maintain an active account status.

Document Requirements:

• You must submit a copy of your Business / Sales / Vendors license.

• U.S Corporations must submit a copy of IRS issued EIN form SS-4 or LLC documents.

• You must submit a copy of your stationary, business card, and / or Yellow Pages Ad.

Note: Without a valid E-Mail address your account cannot be approved. Be sure your E-Mail works properly and will allow our messages to be received.  A business E-Mail address that coincides with your web site is preferred.  Free E-Mail addresses such as those provide by Yahoo, Google, Earthlink, AOL, and Hotmail are not the most preferred as their filters can block many legitimate business communications. If your E-Mail is bounced back to us as undeliverable, your account may be suspended. Properly functioning E-Mail is essential in maintaining your account and for all order-related communications.
