I'm about 5'6", 150 lbs., and 30" at the waist.  I bought a size 3, and it fits perfectly.  The fabric is very light and soft.  I'm removing one star, because I feel as if the price could come down a bit.  I paid $80 for the full uniform. I paid the same price for my Atama jiu jitsu gi, which is much nicer with far heavier fabric.
